Home Telecom of Moncks Corner, SC, trusted OMNI when it came time to develop its new 20,000 square foot office building in the burgeoning Nexton development in Summerville, SC. Home Telecom occupies approximately 25% of the shell square footage with a customer service and technical services center, which was part of the initial build. After completion of the initial shell and office space, OMNI was retained to assist in completion with all interior upfits in the building, including a lawyer, a lender, a real estate agency, and a 10,000 square foot creative workspace – “Concept @ Nexton”.
