Andy Reinhardt is a 2002 graduate of Clemson University’s Construction Science and Management Department. Andy started his career as an intern with M.B. Kahn Construction, where he then worked for four years after Clemson, followed by a ten year stint at Choate Construction’s Charleston office. At Choate he excelled to become one of their youngest Senior Project Managers with dozens of successful, complex projects in many markets sectors. His role at Choate was also to train and develop the young talent which helped him focus on a team approach to company development and overall project success. He completed construction projects in multiple states, and is currently managing projects for OMNI’s clients in SC, FL, and GA, with clients based in SC, NY, CA, and TX. Andy has focused on industrial, manufacturing, commercial office, medical office, and hospitality for the last several years.
Andy enjoys challenging project pursuits with development teams that thrive on a “can do” attitude while utilizing his skills to think outside the box and remove obstacles that can prove otherwise devastating to a project. Since founding OMNI with Trent in 2017, Andy has thrived on the challenge OMNI’s clients present him with, and loves taking the burden of project management and problem solving off of their plates.

Trent Lawhorn is a 2005 graduate of Clemson University’s Construction Science and Management Department. Beginning with internships in Greenville and Charleston, SC, Trent worked briefly for M.B. Kahn Construction after graduation, followed by an 11-year stint at Trident Construction. He completed construction projects in multiple states and is currently managing projects for OMNI’s clients in SC, VA, KY, PA, NC, and NY. Trent has focused on hospitality, multi-family / housing projects, and commercial office space for the last several years, and enjoys complex redevelopment projects.
Trent enjoys contract negotiations, due-diligence and entitlement pursuit, understanding the overall goals of a project and developing a means to completion, and forming close relationships with his Clients. Since founding OMNI with Andy in 2017, Trent has thoroughly enjoyed the challenge of OMNI’s consistent, yet ever-changing, role in real estate development projects, most notably allowing OMNI’s clients to focus on their own areas of expertise.
Trent lives in Charlottesville with his wife and their three young children, spending much of his free time wondering what happened to his free time.

Jonathan Thompson is a 2015 graduate of Clemson University’s Construction Science and Management Department. Jonathan started his career with Choate Construction in Charleston, SC, following graduation. Prior to his full-time position at Choate, Jonathan interned with Mashburn Construction and Brasfield & Gorrie. Jonathan has experience on wide variety of development projects, including Senior Living, Multifamily, Institutional, Retail/Restaurant and Religious facilities. Jonathan has experience managing multiple projects concurrently, from pre-construction to completion. He takes pride in his extreme work ethic and willingness do whatever it takes to deliver his projects. Jonathan resides in Charleston with his wife and dog. In his free time he enjoys being on the water and enjoying the outdoors.
James Derry
After graduating from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2005 with a degree in Civil Engineering, James Derry began his construction career in the world of residential new construction. In 2012, he settled into commercial construction Project Management, focusing primarily on new-construction projects throughout New England. James’s projects included water and wastewater treatment plants, pre-engineered metal buildings, and utility work. More recently, he was elevated to a senior level project manager for projects focused on high-end commercial construction, land acquisition and construction of multifamily projects. James is not one to run away from a challenge. A complex project is always welcome, and he prides himself on finding solutions to problems rather than dwelling on them.
James enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children, swimming and hiking as much as possible. James and his family relocated from Massachusetts to South Carolina in 2022 to facilitate this family goal year-round, and to join the OMNI team.
Jesse Gutt
Jesse Gutt is a 2020 graduate of The University of Virginia’s School of Engineering and Applied Science. Jesse began her career as an intern with Hourigan Construction in Charlottesville, Virginia, where she continued for several years after graduation. She has experience in a variety of markets, including Commercial, Healthcare, Higher Education, and Defense, and is currently managing projects for OMNI in the Multifamily sector. Jesse enjoys facilitating teams to create unique solutions to overcome challenges and developing meaningful relationships with clients and project stakeholders. Jesse lives in Staunton with her husband and son, spending her free time enjoying the outdoors and chasing her toddler around.
