WHAT WE DO
OMNI Partners was formed in February 2017, when Andy and Trent realized that there was room in the marketplace for a firm that had full-project experience, and could assist clients of any magnitude in completing their work. Leveraging 27 years of experience in the greater Charleston marketplace, OMNI’s mission is simple: A Project should succeed on the terms defined by its Owner. OMNI uses its expertise in the real and tricky world of commercial project development to execute accordingly.
OMNI Partners is a full-service construction and development consulting shop based in Charleston, SC. We specialize in taking the burden of Project Development and Management off our Client’s shoulders, and carrying it on our years of experience.
Services
Assist in developing an initial Project budget, ensuring accuracy with current market trends, and double checking the Owner’s assumptions to assure there are no major gaps.
Assist with management and coordination of the Project design team to ensure the Owner’s goals are being met—whatever those may be.
Provide “boots on the ground” assistance to the permitting process to push for a timely turn around, including representing Clients in jurisdictional hearings and meetings.
Solicitation of pricing by a qualified list of proven Contractors.
Contractor pricing validation and selection based on best value, and negotiation of fair contract terms.
Schedule and cost tracking during construction to warrant the Owner’s interests are represented throughout construction. This includes participation in job site meetings, project reviews and walk-thru’s at a frequency as required by the project or requested by the Owner.
Assist and coordinate Owner-related deliverables, such as Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (“FF&E”). OMNI will work with the Project Team to integrate the Owner-furnished items to avoid costly, last minute changes, and to confirm the Project is aptly prepared for the products that will be provided.
Ensure there are NO SURPRISES, that all parties live up to their obligations, and that the Owner receives the Project they NEED.
